tap™ will schedule any type of service – each one backed up by an accurate record of all work undertaken. What’s more, it provides a clear central database where accurate and quality-checked documentation can be held.

How does tap™ work?

On completion of a service, your supplier faxes the documents to tap™. These will be uploaded onto the site within 24 hours of the document being received and your schedules will be updated automatically. tap™ will not accept confirmation of a service until the documents reach the site – giving you 100% assurance and 100% proof that it has taken place.
